摘要
教师的整体素质决定着一个国家教育事业的成败。教育实习是师范生未来在小学任教的必要实践环节，对于提升未来教师素质至关重要，也是培养合格教师、检验高职院校教学效果和质量的必要途径。本文以湖北学前师范学院小学英语教育专业为例，分析了高职院校师范专业教育实习模式存在的问题，并针对这些问题提出了一些有针对性的对策。本文旨在探索高职院校教育实习的更理想、更有效的模式，并通过完善教育实习制度和管理，促进高职院校的教学改革和科研。

Abstract
The overall quality of teachers determines the success or failure of a country’s education career. Educational internship is a necessary practical teaching part for normal students who will teach in primary schools and it is pivotal to improving the quality of future teachers and also a necessary way to train a qualified teacher or to test the teaching effects and quality of higher vocational colleges. In this paper, take the primary English education major of Hubei Preschool Teachers College as an example, we analyze the problems of educational internship model of normal majors in higher vocational colleges and also put forward some targeted countermeasures based on these problems mentioned in this paper. The aim of this paper is to explore more ideal and effective mode of educational internship of higher vocational colleges and help facilitate teaching reform and research of higher vocational colleges through improving the educational internship system and management.
